Madelyn is a perfectionist, & a bit of an introvert, who was a full-time wedding photographer for about 4 years (90+ weddings, but who’s counting). She learned the ropes & started her career while she was in college getting a photography degree at Columbia College Chicago with a concentration in editing/retouching. After shooting weddings for several seasons, she found her favorite part of being a wedding photographer was the time spent editing the photos. Besides photography and editing, she loves spending time out in her city of Chicago, & staying in watching movies with her boyfriend, Nathan, & her rescue kitty, Luna!
In 2017, Kevyn graduated from Appalachian State University, where she received a degree in Commercial Photography. When she’s not editing, you can find her walking or hiking on a great trail or greenway, or curled up on the couch with her fuzzy blanket (probably watching The Bachelor, This is Us, or Jimmy Fallon)! She has an obsession with vanilla scented anything & her drink of choice is usually a cup of coffee (vanilla or caramel flavored preferably)! Although some people find her quiet at first, she is very outgoing and loves to laugh!
In 2013, Courtney graduated from Appalachian State University, where she received a degree in Commercial Photography. She's married to her high school sweetheart and recently became a new mom to a sweet baby girl! When she's not editing or photographing weddings, you can find her enjoying a hike on mountain trails, enjoying coffee dates in downtown Winston, or standing in the clearance aisle at HomeGoods. If she could one thing for the rest of her life, it'd be traveling. She's always up for an adventure!
I'm the founder & owner of Emily Moore Boutique Photo Editing. If you asked me 4 years ago if I thought I’d be where I am in this small business of mine today, I would have laughed. That girl — the editor who quit her full-time 9-5 job without any clients & started a business from scratch — she never could have imagined her business growing so much within a couple of years. 400+ catalogs & over 441,000 edited images later, I’m so glad I was able to prove that girl wrong. In order to serve our clients better, I decided it was time to expand the team! This year, I brought on two incredible editors who are passionate about their work.
