Hello friends! How is your summer going? I hope you had an awesome long 4th of July weekend doing something fun and enjoyable. I am getting ready to do something SO fun with my team (well, some of them!) We are syncing up for a retreat in the Black Mountain/Asheville (NC) area – I seriously can’t wait! We rented an Airbnb for 4 days to unwind, connect (believe it or not, we all have not met each other as we live all over the country!), and talk a little business. My next blog post will have a total recap, so be sure to look out for that in a few weeks!

But for todays post, we will be meeting another one of my rockstar editors! This post will showcase my fourth editor, Nicole. This post is the fourth in the “Meet the Editor” series. If you’d like to read the other three posts, click on their names here: Kaitlyn, Kayla, or Anouschka. Although I haven’t met these ladies face to face (meeting some of them SO soon!), they have been an absolute asset to my team. I am able to have a larger client load and I feel so supported due to their assistance. It is because of them my private photo editing business is thriving.

I could go on and on about these girls, but it’s time to get to know Nicole, who is based in Seattle. Keep reading to find out more about this photographer turned editor who has the great privilege of being “Aunt Nicole” to her nieces and nephew.

Nicole Ryan – Photo Editor

Nicole lives in Seattle, Washington but is from Ohio originally. After going to school for photography, she found herself working at a wedding and portrait studio where she was responsible for editing all of their images. This is where her love of editing began. Although she has her own photography business, she thoroughly enjoys being an editor.

Her ideal relaxing weekend would start with waking up with a warm cup of tea and good book. Then she’d go to her favorite yoga class and then meet a friend for a walk by the water. For dinner she’d pick up some good food from her favorite grocery store to make in the evening and settle in for the night. To her a night in tops a night out (all but one of our editors agree!) Her all time favorite movie is Titanic, and she recently started watching The Crown.
